1. Nature of Our Products
Zodiaglow provides digital content in the form of personalized astrological readings. Due to the following characteristics of our products, we have specific refund guidelines:
- Personalized Content: Each reading is uniquely generated based on individual birth data.
- Immediate Delivery: Digital content is delivered instantly upon generation.
- Non-Returnable: Once generated, the content cannot be 'returned' like physical goods.
2. Virtual Currency (Moon Gems)
Moon Gems are our in-platform virtual currency used to purchase readings:
- Purchase Finality: All Moon Gems purchases are final once the transaction is successfully processed.
- No Expiration: Purchased Moon Gems do not expire and remain in your account indefinitely until used.
- Non-Transferable: Moon Gems cannot be transferred between accounts or converted back to cash.
- Account Balance: You can check your current Moon Gems balance in your account dashboard.
3. Generated Readings
Once you use Moon Gems to generate a reading:
- Immediate Delivery: The reading is generated and delivered instantly.
- Non-Refundable: Generated readings cannot be refunded as they are personalized digital content.
- Permanent Access: You retain access to all your generated readings in your account.
4. Exceptions & Special Cases
We may consider refunds or credits in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical Failures: If a technical error on our end prevents the delivery of purchased content.
- Duplicate Charges: If you are charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a system error.
- Unauthorized Transactions: If your account was compromised and unauthorized purchases were made.
- Incomplete Readings: If a generated reading is significantly incomplete due to a system error.
To be eligible for an exception, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction with supporting documentation.
5. Refund Request Process
If you believe you qualify for a refund under our exceptions:
- Step 1: Visit our Contact Page
- Step 2: Include your account email, transaction ID, date of purchase, and description of the issue.
- Step 3: Provide any relevant screenshots or evidence supporting your claim.
- Step 4: We will review your request within 5-7 business days.
- Step 5: If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
6. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Permanent account suspension
- Loss of access to all purchased content and Moon Gems balance
- Ineligibility for future purchases
We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and encourage direct communication to address any concerns.
7. Payment Provider Policies
Refunds may also be subject to the policies of our payment providers:
- Stripe: Disputes must be raised within the timeframe allowed by your card issuer.
- PayPal: PayPal's Buyer Protection may apply to certain transactions.
