The anxiety wolf isn't some external monster lurking in the dark. It’s a part of ourselves, a manifestation of our deepest fears, insecurities, and unresolved traumas. It thrives on uncertainty, feeding on "what ifs" and worst-case scenarios. The more we resist it, the louder it howls.
